ITEMS paid for through PAYPAL can only be shipped to a CONFIRMED address in your PayPal Account. For help making an address confirmed in your PayPal account, please contact PayPal customer service.

Items being paid for by CREDIT CARD (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVERY) can only be shipped to the billing address listed for the Credit Card ( NO EXCEPTIONS).

We cannot accept ANY OPEN SOFTWARE as returns.

Products returned in open, damaged or defaced condition will be subject to a 15% minimum restocking fee (at our discretion).

You have 10 days to inspect your product after recieving it. In the event that your item arrives Dead-On-Arrival or dysfunctional, we will gladly exchange it for the same product, or refund you ALL your money back.

Unopened returns will be refunded for the entire amount minus actual shipping and handling costs.
